been a loong time since guys my age have been involved in the import scene. Funny thing is though, kids these days (at least from what I've seen are recycling the old school things WE used to do an acting as if there new ideas hehehehe, (kinda makes me chuckle). The scene from what I've seen & noticed has died ALOT since I last was around an involved. I had been slowly tryin to reattend car shws an battle of the imports (sum advice?? STAY AWAY FROM SAC B.O.T.I., frikin week), though I do see alot of guys like me who are building them or still have the ole show cars an are makin them there daily commuters such as myself ......... truth be told, there a blast to drive. Plus, whats alo even sweeter, is to have some young punk in his street car, an runs up on me .......... an he unfortunelty has no clue hes messin with an old street racer such as myself, & gets blasted away on the freeway 
.......... an with an old school import, against his rsx or newer honda an cant figure out why he just got romped on hehehehhe by an old fart like me. Also, my fave motor (yes IT DOES HAVE A TIMING BELT HEHEHEHE), the ole B series motor that where all used to are almost extinct,these motors are harder to find then a damn old school chrysler "HEMI", though I will give U one thing the K-series motor is I've read that these things can put out is pretty damn remarkable....... my biggest dilemma though even till this day is what we used to talk crap about bak in the day .......... "BOOST? or NA??" we love boost but us NA guy who likes to street race on the freeway or even take her out to the track somewhat is partial to the NA platforms.
